Domaselo bakes organic and authentic sourdough breads that it ships around the U.S. from its bakery in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood.

Domaselo is the creation of Emil Hristov, a serial entrepreneur with an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, who wanted to bring the simple flavors of sourdough that he grew up eating as a child in Macedonia to the U.S.

The B2C bakery enlisted Agency Byrnes to lead communications and local and national media outreach. Our efforts were a resounding success, with feature stories written about Domaselo in various media outlets. The campaign also garnered posts on popular food blogs and influencer Instagram accounts, including Miami Food Porn, ChatChowTV and others.

The media attention caught the eye of the tech community too, resulting in earned coverage in TechCrunch, and an investment from Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, as well as Domaselo being featured in a national television commercial by financial services company Brex.
